Manor Chamblee hosts three resident events every month, all year long — and one of them is always a celebration of the residents themselves.
Some are built around a table. Some around the bowling lanes. Some spill onto the pool deck on a warm evening. What they share is a simple purpose: to make a community of 385 residences feel like a neighborhood, and to give residents a reason to know the people living down the hall.
You will find our events throughout the property — in the social hall, around the courtyard summer kitchens, along the pool deck — and every so often beyond it, because one of the best parts of living in Chamblee is everything waiting just outside the front door.
Every month, we set an evening aside for the residents with a birthday to celebrate — champagne, cupcakes and an open invitation in the social hall. No RSVP necessary.
It is the one tradition that never changes, and within a year most residents have been on both sides of it: once as a guest, and once as the reason everyone came.
The events residents look forward to most tend to involve something wonderful to eat.
The Manor Chamblee x MMM Legacy BBQ Cookout brings catered barbecue from MMM Legacy BBQ into the courtyard, with music, drinks and the easy pace of a summer afternoon. Bagel Brunch is a relaxed midday gathering built around fresh bagels and breakfast bites from The Bronx Bagel Buggy. And the Memorial Day Pool & Grill Social opens the season on the pool deck, with grilling, refreshments and nothing on the agenda but the first warm weekend of the year.
Not every gathering happens at home, and that is entirely intentional.
Curated Cocktails at DOMA invites residents to one of Chamblee’s most distinctive rooms for craft cocktails and small bites, and the DOMA St. Patrick’s Day Social brings everyone back together in March.
These are the evenings that introduce new residents to the neighborhood — and to each other.
Very few apartment communities in Chamblee, GA have a bowling alley of their own. Manor Chamblee does — a boutique double-lane alley just off the social hall — and it is one of the most popular spaces in the community.
Themed nights turn the lanes into the heart of the property, most recently an ’80s Bowling Night with the soundtrack to match. Karaoke nights in the social hall follow the same spirit: easy, welcoming and always well attended.
Trivia is one of our most reliably packed evenings, hosted through the resident app with a gift card for the winning team.
’90s Sitcom Trivia draws on the decade’s most beloved shows. Father’s Day Trivia brings a themed round and prizes in June. And Spooky Trivia & Treats closes out October with seasonal questions, themed drinks and desserts.
For residents who would rather make something than answer questions.
Summer Sip & Paint Night is a guided painting session with refreshments and no experience necessary — your canvas goes home with you. Pumpkins & Pour Decisions carries the idea into autumn, with pumpkin painting, cider, wine and mocktails, and light bites.
The calendar shifts with the seasons. The Fall Tailgate Social brings game-day food, music and cornhole to the courtyard. Thanksgiving gathers the community together before the holiday scatters everyone. And the celebrations in between — St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, Halloween — are the ones residents start looking forward to well in advance.
Our amenity spaces were designed to host — the expansive resident lounge and social hall, the boutique double-lane bowling alley, the resort-style pool deck with private cabanas, the outdoor living rooms with fire pits and summer kitchens, the library and study lounge, and the landscaped courtyards opening onto the Chamblee Rail Trail.
